  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt (to taste)
  • fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together chopped spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cut the puff pastry sheet in half and spread the filling evenly on one half.
  4. Place the other half over the filling and cut into six strips.
  5. Twist each strip into a swirl and tuck in the ends.
