  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined; pour into the pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, then add coconut evenly on top.
