  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained (220g)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Crusty toasted bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until well combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
