  • 12 slices Texas toast (or any preferred bread)
  • 1/2 cup plant-based butter (1 stick), room temperature
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter until melted.
