  • 1 ½ cups diced peaches (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (for streusel topping)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar (for streusel topping)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for streusel topping)
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter (for streusel topping)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk or cream (for glaze)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture; then mix in vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
