4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish. Pour marinade over chicken and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
