  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish. Pour marinade over chicken and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Discard used marinade.
