Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub turkey or chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Place lemon slices and onions inside the cavity.
  3. Roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before carving.
  4. Cook wild rice according to package instructions. Sauté onions and celery in butter; mix with cooked rice, cranberries, pecans, parsley, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
