  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four oval loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space in between each.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Allow the meatloaves to rest for a few minutes before serving.
