  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
  • 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup Pepita salsa (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
  • 1 jar Cholula Salsa
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Your favorite chips
  • A spicy habanero pepper (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large serving board by placing bowls of shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes in the center.
  2. Fill small bowls with salsas, guacamole, olives, and sour cream for toppings.
  3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions until tender. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill taco shells with cooked meat and cheese; bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
  5. Arrange tacos on the board with chips and sauces; serve immediately.
