Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in the flour, salt, and olive oil until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the dough into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and sea salt.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Rotate halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack and enjoy!
