  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon (for cinnamon sugar mixture)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9×5 inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well blended.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just mixed; some lumps are okay.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon sugar by combining the additional sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Pour half of the batter into each loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with remaining batter and more cinnamon sugar.
  7. Gently swirl through the batter with a knife for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
