  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices of crusty bread (like ciabatta or sourdough)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least one hour.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in the seasoned flour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
