  • Sugar
  • Egg (or flaxseed meal mixed with water for vegan alternative)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples; cut them into 1/4-inch wedges.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, cinnamon, and salt; one with beaten egg (or flaxseed mixture); and one with breadcrumbs mixed with sugar.
