  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil and add ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
