  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1.5 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

  • 2 large handfuls kale, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of vegetable stock and sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until fragrant.
