  • 23 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until well blended.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  5. Adjust consistency with more milk if too dry.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and dip each ball, tapping off excess.
  9. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before chilling again until set.
