  • 1 (3 oz) cherry vegan gelatin mix
  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark
  • Optional: Red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry vegan gelatin powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add rice Chex cereal.
  4. Melt vanilla almond bark in the microwave in intervals until smooth.
  5. Pour melted almond bark over cereal and stir gently until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer cereal to the zip-top bag with the sugar mixture and shake until fully coated.
  7. Spread onto the lined baking sheet to set.
  8. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
