  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Stir in the mini vegan marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in the Rice Krispies quickly until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
  6. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the Rice Krispie layer.
  7. In another saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream over medium heat until smooth.
  8. Pour melted caramel over the peanut layer and spread gently.
  9. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave; pour over caramel layer and spread evenly.
  10. Allow to set completely before cutting into squares.
