  • 4 yellow onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter or non-dairy butter

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chives, thyme, and sage
