  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown lean ground beef over medium-high heat; drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt; mix until creamy.
  5. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the baking pan, add meat sauce on top, then the remaining spaghetti mixture.
  6. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
