  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken tenders with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  3. Arrange seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the chicken cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Once chicken is cooked through and golden brown, toss it in the honey garlic sauce until well-coated.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
