Ingredients
Scale
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken tenders with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Arrange seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the chicken cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Once chicken is cooked through and golden brown, toss it in the honey garlic sauce until well-coated.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
