- 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 2 cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
- 1 can black beans (15 or 16 oz, drained)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 or 16 oz, drained)
- 1 can pinto beans (15 or 16 oz, drained)
- 1 can corn (15 or 16 oz, drained)
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for about 4 minutes until soft.
- Add canned tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, corn, and chili seasoning directly to the pot. Stir well.
